I got this at slight discount ($16 before tax) and for this price I am really impressed with what I got. The van looks nice, it's very playable with easily accessed interior spaces and lots of accessories for all the figures, and the minifigs are very cheerful.

I do have some minor complains. Getting the license plate stickers on straight was a bit tricky, the lack of a proper floor on the interior makes the space less "realistic" feeling, and there are some gaps in the model that I would've liked to have filled. Also, I'm not sure if it was just my copy of the figure, but the mom's torso was REALLY stiff. The shoulders and hands really didn't want to turn, and once I got the head on it was impossible to rotate no mater how hard I tried. Couldn't even remove the head without (sorry!) using my teeth, which caused some minor damage to the baby carrier though thankfully it didn't scratch the head itself. After spending a few minutes twisting the hands, arms, and head, things loosened up enough to be playable, but still felt stiff. These issues were not present in the dad figure or the baby, so I'm not sure if my mom figure was just defective or if the purple plastic has more friction or what, but thought I should mention.

Regardless, the minor flaws in this kit do not take away from the overall value, and even at the suggested retail price I'd be happy with this purchase. But if you too find it for $16 (or less) it's a better bargain still!
