If we have learnt anything at all by now about I’m a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!, the tenth consecutive series of which has just opened on ITV, it’s this: that it’s a marathon, not a sprint. For that specific reason, there are legitimate concerns about Linford Christie’s ability to prosper out there in television’s most avidly watched jungle clearing.
